The Barrel Barn seats up to 250 for a seated dinner, and our ceremony sites seat up to 200. Micro weddings for 50 or fewer are available Monday through Thursday.
Twelve-hour use of the 22-acre property, indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options, 72" round and rectangle tables, "X"-back solid wood seating, white garden chairs, indoor/outdoor string lights, setup and breakdown of venue furniture, outdoor firepit, wine-barrel décor and yard games, outdoor mobile bar, outdoor sound system, daytime use of Wild Rose and Lonestar cottages, venue rehearsal, and a four-hour bridal or engagement photo session.
Yes. Union Bell Chapel and the Barrel Barn are both fully covered, so every outdoor ceremony has an indoor backup on the same property — no offsite scramble.
Three on-site rentals sleep up to 20 guests total. Daytime use of two cottages is included with your event rental; overnight stays are booked separately.
We keep a preferred vendor list of teams who know the property well, but you are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors.
Peak dates — March through June and September through December — typically book 12 to 18 months ahead. Off-peak months often have more flexibility.
The Tasting Room cellar hosts rehearsal dinners subject to availability, and it is included with full-weekend event rentals.
