Do you have preferred vendors, and are they required?
We keep a curated list of preferred vendors who know the estate well. You're always welcome to bring your own licensed, insured professionals too.
Do we have to purchase a buyout through The Vine, or can we secure one elsewhere?
Event buyouts are arranged directly through The Vine so we can coordinate lodging, timing, and grounds access as one seamless booking.
What is the event deposit?
A deposit is required to reserve any event date and is applied toward your balance. The amount varies by package and is outlined in your agreement.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. Our ceremony sites, reception spaces, and select cottages offer accessible routes. Tell us about any needs when you inquire and we'll accommodate.
Do I have to rent the entire space?
Events are hosted as a private estate buyout, giving your group exclusive use of the grounds for the day.
How early can we arrive, and how late can we stay?
Access hours are set by your package and detailed in your timeline. On-site lodging lets your group settle in the night before and unwind after.
When can vendors arrive for setup?
Vendor setup windows are confirmed with your coordinator ahead of the event and align with your rental period.
