The Vine, part of Reverie Hospitality, respects your privacy. This page outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information you share when you inquire, book a tour, or reserve a stay.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, and event details — to respond to inquiries and manage reservations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages they read, how they arrived, and where they leave. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes that data on our behalf. It does not tell us who you are.

We also advertise on Google. If you reach us from one of our ads and then send an inquiry, a Google Ads tag records that the inquiry happened so we can tell which ads are worth running. To match the inquiry to the ad, it also sends Google a scrambled (hashed) version of the email address and phone number you entered — never your name, your message, or the details of your event.

We also record the campaign details in the link you arrived through — for example the search, email, or social post that referred you — and store them in your browser. If you later send us an inquiry, those details travel with it so we know which of our efforts brought you here.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Neither will stop you browsing the site or sending us an inquiry.

Booking & Cancellation

A deposit is required to reserve any wedding, event, or lodging date. Cancellation policies vary by package and are outlined in your signed agreement at the time of booking.
